What submitnow does

submitnow is a web UI that helps you send IndexNow submissions to the Bing IndexNow endpoint. We do not provide user accounts.

Information you provide

IndexNow submission data

When you submit a request, you may provide:

Your IndexNow key
A URL list (up to 10,000 URLs per request)
Optional host and keyLocation overrides

We process this information to build your request and send it to Bing. We do not store your IndexNow submission inputs in an application database.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you provide your email address. We use it to send emails and to manage your subscription (including unsubscribe).

Information we collect automatically

When you use the site, we may collect:

Basic request metadata (such as IP address and user agent) for security, abuse prevention, and debugging
Analytics data about how the site is used (for example, page views and general device/browser information)
Preference data stored on your device (such as language and theme settings)

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and/or local storage for preference features (for example, remembering your language choice, remembering that you dismissed the language suggestion, and theme selection). We may also use cookies for analytics and advertising depending on which integrations are enabled on the deployment.

Bing / Microsoft: IndexNow submissions are sent to the Bing IndexNow endpoint
Email provider: newsletter delivery and subscriber management is handled by our email provider
Analytics and advertising providers: the site may load analytics and ads scripts in production
Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service from abuse

Data retention

IndexNow submission inputs: processed to send your request and not stored in an application database
Newsletter email: retained until you unsubscribe (or we delete it)
Abuse-prevention data: if rate limiting is enabled, rate-limit records may be retained for a limited period
Analytics: retained according to the provider settings

Your choices

You can:

Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the unsubscribe link in any email
Control cookies and local storage via your browser settings (some preference features may not work if disabled)
